Emily Wolfs, Sales and Design Consultant

Growing up, Emily’s bedroom was her first design experiment. She was always dreaming up and creating new bedroom layouts and it was never in the same configuration for too long. Once she had exhausted every possible option, she moved on to designing her dream house.

After graduating from the Interior Design program at Fanshawe College, she spent the first couple years of her career in the lighting industry. However, once she switched over to the millwork field, she never looked back.

Emily takes great pride in her ability to bring her client’s ideas and inspirations to life while simultaneously applying her education and current knowledge of design trends to help ensure the functionality and longevity of each design. Her focus is on producing quality designs that embody creative thinking and provide a level of attention to detail that is second to none!

When Emily is not designing kitchens, she is in the kitchen herself baking and trying out new recipes.  While she is waiting for her newest creation to be cooked, she is multitasking by watching the next binge-worthy show on her list and looking up her next vacation, project or property to take on.

Diana Lehan-Port, Sales and Design Consultant

Diana has been a designer since 2014, focusing on residential interior design and accessible design. She began her career working for an award-winning Toronto interior design firm. Over the years, Diana has had the opportunity to work with and learn from other incredible designers both in retail and private markets.

Diana has experience designing everything from kitchens and closets to long term homes for the aging community. She understands the importance of thinking about the big picture and incorporating the individual needs of each client in a way that is functional and looks amazing.

Diana’s passion lies in accessibility. In her words;

“Designing a space that is truly accessible is about looking through the lens of the individual using it. Taking into consideration the purpose of the space, the individual’s unique needs and most importantly how the space makes them feel. Any room can feel like it was made for you and that is the beauty of custom millwork. At Rocpal, we work one on one with our customers which allows me to make the experience memorable and create a lasting connection.”

As for her personal life, Diana says;

“As a self-proclaimed professional foodie and amateur chef, I would say I spend almost all my spare time in or near the kitchen. I appreciate the significance of how little improvements can make each meal worth remembering.”

Tim Musgrove, Sales and Design Consultant

Tim brings with him more than 15 years of experience in the construction trades, overseeing everything from quoting and measurement, to design, project management, and installation of custom interior and exterior work.

Born and raised on the Gold Coast of Australia, Tim began his career in marine craft construction doing custom millwork and interior fit outs on luxury yachts. With an eye for the small details, Tim worked on bringing to life unique elements that gave each boat its own flair.

Shifting focus from his time spent on boats, Tim took over a small family-owned flooring business on the Gold Coast of Australia. In this role, he was responsible for sourcing and installing product as well as working with clients to achieve their end goals.

Most recently, Tim worked for one of Australia's largest steel manufacturers, overseeing the design and creation of outdoor living spaces and exterior renovations for clients.

Tim loves building genuine connections and delivering on his client's dream renovations. He pulls his design inspiration from his love for the outdoors and looks for opportunity to use natural elements and texture to create unique spaces.

As our resident Australian, Tim loves the ocean and surfing. When he's not working, you might find him chasing waves in the Canadian Great Lakes, snowboarding or spending time with his two daughters and partner.
